Ingredients:
2 cups chopped fresh mushrooms
1 cup chopped green onions
5 tablespoons butter
2 tablespoons flour
3 cups chicken broth
3 cups of milk
Procedure:
1. Saute onions in butter until tender.
2. Add mushrooms and cook for 2 minutes.
3. Add flour and chicken broth and simmer for 5 minutes.
4. Add milk.
5. Add salt and pepper to taste.
