Ingredients:
12 hard-boiled eggs, sliced
1 cup fresh bread crumbs
1 pound bacon, cooked and crumbled
2 tablespoons bacon drippings
4 cups sour cream
2 cans mushroom stems and pieces, drained
2 teaspoons salt
4 teaspoons chopped parsley
4 teaspoons chopped chives
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1-1/2 cups grated cheese
Procedure:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Spread crumbs over bottom of a greased 9x12-inch casserole
3. Put sliced eggs on top.
4. Mix remaining ingredients except cheese, and pour over eggs.
5. Sprinkle cheese on top.
6. Bake for 30 minutes.
Serves twelve people.
