Ingredients:
6 chicken breast halves
1/2 cup butter or margarine
1 cup chopped green onions
3 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
4 ounces can sliced mushrooms, drained
4 tablespoons lemon juice
2 tablespoons chopped fresh parsley
1 cup white wine
a pinch rosemary
salt and pepper
Procedure:
1. Salt and pepper chicken.
2. In a Dutch oven or large casserole, brown chicken in butter.
3. Add all other ingredients.
4. Cover.
5. Bake at 275 degrees for 2 hours.
Serves six people.
