Ingredients:
Butter
2 pounds fresh Tilapia (Saint Peter's Fish)
4 teaspoons Dijon mustard
8 green onions, thinly sliced
4 tablespoons bread crumbs
4 teaspoons soy sauce
4 teaspoons lemon juice
Procedure:
1. Butter a 9 x 12 x 2-inch baking dish.
2. Place tilapia fillets on the bottom of the dish.
3. Spread 1/2 teaspoon mustard on each.
4. Cover with onions.
5. Sprinkle with bread crumbs, soy sauce, and lemon juice.
6. Bake at 350 degrees for 8 minutes.
Serves four people.
