Ingredients:
1/2 pound chicken breast, diced
2 tablespoons butter
1/2 cup sauteed, sliced mushrooms
3/4 cup white sauce
8 eggs, scrambled with 1/3 cup milk or light cream
1 cup chopped parsley
Procedure:
1. Fry chicken breast in butter until lightly brown.
2. Add mushrooms and white sauce.
3. Put the mixture in the center of a warmed serving dish and spoon scrambled eggs around it.
4. Garnish with parsley.
5. Put salt and pepper to taste.
Serves eight people.
